Flox, based in Stockholm, is a fast-growing technology startup with huge market potential. We combine AI and wild animal expertise to solve urgent environmental problems by helping humans and wildlife coexist.
We are now seeking a dedicated Global Customer Manager to manage the post-sales process for our customers, especially across Europe and the United States. You will be responsible for ensuring successful onboarding, project delivery, and ongoing customer satisfaction, acting as the main point of contact for customers after a sale is made. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a passion for customer success, and the ability to work across multiple markets. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with the team at our Stockholm headquarters.
As Global Customer Manager, you will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from implementation to ongoing support. You will also manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring they get the most out of Flox’s innovative wildlife management platform deployed across trains, drones, and stationary devices.
