No, placing a reservation is a non-binding expression of interest. You are not obligated to purchase a Flox Edge unit, and Flox is not obligated to supply one.
The reservation fee is refundable only if: Flox declines your reservation. Flox is legally required to issue a refund under the terms and conditions.
We have strong early interest — the first batches for autumn 2025 are already booked. By reserving now, you’re securing your place for deliveries starting in Q1 2026.
Your delivery priority depends on your spot in the reservation queue and when your final order is confirmed. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
