Dagens Industri has named Flox CEO and co-founder Sara Nozkova the winner of Female Founders 2025 — Sweden’s recognition of the country’s most promising founders.
Shaky and surreal — that’s how Sara describes the win. “There were so many great companies and strong founders, and we’re all doing completely different things, so I think it’s very hard to pick a winner,” she says. “It’s also really fun that the audience feels they understand the problem we’re trying to solve and think it’s important.”
For Sara, the recognition is fuel to keep building. “You really had to fight a lot since we started, and it’s been a constant rollercoaster. Hearing that others also believe this is important and has great potential gives us so much energy to keep building.”
